Terms and Conditions of Contract.
Applications
Applications can be made by telephone, fax, post, e-mail or on our website at www.exlosivelearningsolutions.com . Advice can be found on the web, more detailed enquiries are recommended to be made by telephone.
We strongly recommend early booking as spaces may be limited and will be subject to a ‘first come, first served’ bases.
Cancellations
Explosive Learning Solutions Ltd reserves the right to cancel or to reschedule any of its courses. Where it is necessary to cancel or to reschedule a course, the customer’s point of contact will be informed as the first available opportunity and delegates will be rescheduled as priority to the next available course.
Consumer cancellations received with less than 10 working days prior to the course start date, the full course fee will be payable.
Refunds
Consumer cancellation more than 14 days prior to commencement of the course will receive a full refund
Consumer cancellation between 14 and ten days prior to the course will receive a refund of the course fee less £50 to cover materials to that date
Consumer cancellations received with less than 10 working days prior to the course start date, the full course fee will be payable.
Privacy
Explosive learning solutions do not, and will not, store any financial details such as debit and credit card numbers.

Transfers
No charges will apply for transfer request received providing they are received at least 10 working days prior to the course start date. Transfer requests made within 10 working day period, will be treated as a cancellation and the full course fee will be payable. Any subsequent transfer request from the new course will be treated as a cancellation and the full course fee will charged. Any request to transfer a course will need to be actioned at point of request, otherwise this is treated as a cancellation and full cancellation terms apply.
Substitutes
Substitutions will be accepted provided they meet the pre-requisite criteria and the request is received by ELS Ltd at least 1.

Course Prices:
All our prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Course timing and joining instructions
Good time keeping throughout the course is essential. ELS Ltd will issue full joining instructions for the delegate to the booker, which includes information on the start time on the course. It is the responsibility of the booker to ensure that the delegate is fully briefed and made aware of these instructions and all courses requirements, before attending the course.
Attendance
Delegates must attend and complete all aspects of the course to qualify for certification. The full cost of the course will be charged for delegates who arrive late or are absent from all or any part of the course, even when they refused admittance due to lateness. In the case of illness we are able to transfer delegates on to another course provided we receive a medical certificate if the delegate is happy to provide this. Transfer requests received with less than 10 working days prior to the course start date will be considered on receipt of the medical certificate, on permission of the delegate, due to Illness only. If a medical certificate cannot be supplied, we will accept confirmation from the Company HR department that the delegate was unable to attend due to illness. This must be supplied on a letter headed paper.
Delegate special requirements
ELS Ltd has an Equals Opportunity Policy. To enable us to ensure that all delegates are treated fairly and their requirements are fully met, you must advise us in advance of any requirements that your delegates have to enable them to participate fully in the training. Please note that there may be a charge for any additional costs incurred for specialist equipment and /or personnel such as signers or translators.
