Client Satisfaction
We believe that client satisfaction is an effective way of measuring the performance of ELS. All clients are surveyed during, and following completion of, a contract. Records are kept and reviewed at management meetings.
We use the continuous improvement model shown below and incorporate client feedback as appropriate.
The feedback we receive from our clients also helps us to identify any corrective action(s) that may be required to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the service levels that they are receiving.
