The management and work of Explosive Learning Solutions is governed by an internationally recognised Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT), which has robust internal and external validation procedures within it, in addition all our interventions are based on the principles, objectives and values of ISO 9000. The ISO 9000 and DSAT detail the processes and codes of good practice for the development and delivery of effective programmes.

Using these principles Explosive Learning Solutions can provide independent quality assurance and evaluation of programmes, enabling donors and other gatekeepers to ensure that objectives have been met against cost and benefits have been proven. 

We work with both the donor and the implementing partner to conduct these evaluations both at the formative and summative stage.
